This piece is named after the Isekiri people of Nigeria. Traditionally, Isekiri men wear a long-sleeved shirt called a Kemeje, tie a George wrapper around their waist and wear a hat with a feather stuck to it. The Isekiri are a complex mixture of the many different ethnicities and races that have settled in their area.
