The jacket is designed to symbolise our use of language related to being human, though in a very digital space. We use the term “skin” to describe our digital avatars, when our skin is much more than simply our covering layer, it is our gateway of sensory interaction. This piece attempts to show skin being encapsulated in a stylised graphic pattern, reminiscent of computer chips.
